Whilst we have been keeping your Protean system up to date for you with exciting new features like Inspection Photos or Sales Order recall, or in response to government changes like Commercial Invoice support following Brexit and Reverse Charge VAT, we have also been working on a new field service management solution, utilising the latest cloud technologies, which we have called ServiceSight.

ServiceSight is already an award-winning, proven service management system with over 1000 users in the UK and around the world taking advantage of its ease of use & powerful features.

We are now in the final stages of preparing ServiceSight so that you, our valued customers, can migrate – if you wish – to this new technology, at no extra cost.

Be assured that Protean FSM is not going anywhere and continues to be updated. Should you wish to remain on Protean FSM then that is fantastic and you will be supported in the same way we have always looked after you.

ServiceSight is currently available with the following modules:

Customers, Suppliers, Contacts, Quotes, Equipment, Inspections, Jobs, Planner Board & Map, Mobile App for Engineers (for Android & iOS devices), Recurring Jobs, Service Contracts, F-Gas, Stock Control & Order Processing (Sales & Purchase) Sales Invoicing, Reminders, Messages, Business Alerts, Timesheets, Customer Web Portal & links to Sage 50c, Xero & Quickbooks
